smsAD is the marketing service via SMSes offered by smsHosting.it which allows customers to advertise your businesses and services in a simple and effective way by advertising the free SMSes sent from our partner sites.

All the free SMSes that will be delivered via these forms will contain in their last 50 characters the sponsor advertisement.

Advertisement campaigns management

The management of the advertisement process for the SMSes will be completely under your control.

You will be able to autonomously manage all the campaigns so that you can realize the kind of promotion that you prefer. In particular you will be able to tune the following parameters:

• Text: you will be able to specify a text of 50 characters which will be your promotional advertisement message for the SMSes
• Destination URL: you will be able to specify, if you want to, an internet address towards which the users who send free SMSes will be redirected after they have pushed the "send" button from a partner site which contains our form. In this way your advertisement will be delivered both to the sender and to the receiver of the message
• Maximum daily cost: you will be able to specify the daily budget that you want to allocate to your advertisement campaign so that you will be sure that the established cost limits will be respected
• Maximum number of SMSes per GSM number: you will be able to specify the maximum number of SMSes containing your advertisement campaign that you want to send to the same GSM number within its validity period. In this way you will be able to avoid that the same person will receive your advertisement message more than the times you decide
• Maximum number of SMSes per day: you will be able to specify the maximum number of SMSes containing your advertisement campaign that you want to send in a single day. In this way you will be able to avoid that the same person will receive your advertisement message more than the times you decide
• Maximum daily number of SMSes per IP: every message that will be sent with an SMS advertisement campaign will be associated with a public and univocal internet address (IP) collected from the internet connection used by the user who sends it. So, by configuring this restriction you will be able to keep under control the maximum number on SMSes that can be sent from the same IP address for this campaign
• Maximum daily number of SMSes per site: you will be able to specify the maximum number of SMSes that can be sent from a partner site in a single day
• Campaign validity period: you will be able to specify the time interval (starting and finishing dates) in which your campaign will be active
• Destination country: our form allows users to send SMSes in the whole world. During the process to create a campaign you will be able to specify the destination countries for which your advertising campaign will be utilized. If, for example, you want to advertise just only in Italy you will be able to use your campaign just when the destination GSM number has an Italian prefix (TIM, VODAFONE, TRE, WIND, …)

In addition to these parameters, you will be able to use 6 among white and black lists, just to fine-tune the SMSes that will be advertised with your campaign.

Sender id for advertised messages

The sender id for all the messages sent with the service smsAD will be set to "smsAD.it".

This sender id is mandatory in order to have a completely transparent management of this service. The user who receives the SMS that contains the advertisement must have the possibility to understand from who and why he has received the message. In this way the user who receives the message will be able to access to smsAD.it and read any further explanation needed.

Costs

The smsAD service has a one-off activation cost of 5.00€ just once.

Customers will be able to purchase a credit that can be used for their advertisement campaigns via SMS. It is possible to purchase a credit, starting from 1 € on. A single SMS that will be sent using your campaign will cost 0.15€.
It is important to remember that our SMS gateway uses very high quality messages with delivery notification from the GSM operator: in this way you will actually pay just only the SMSes that will effectively reach the addressee.
