Your customers will have access to all of SMS services from a totally customizable web portal (and not from Smshosting.it) in which no reference to Smshosting.it in made. This web portal will be available via a second or third level domain that you will be able to specify.

Graphic customization
Your own retailer web portal will be totally customizable from a graphical point of view. From the control panel it is possible to specify external html pages (that you can create on your own) to personalize the following areas:
• Header portal
• Footer portal
• Home Page portal
• Features description pages
• Assistance page
• FAQ page

In case that you wish, instead, to activate the service in a few moments, it is possible to use standard layout and description, which anyway have no reference to Smshosting.it.

Content customization
All the information shown on the portal and that are used for automatic email communications with your customers are completely customizable.
You can, indeed, specify:
• Email addresses: addresses used to communicate with customers
• Service Name
• Retailer company name
• Payments data: data visualized in emails that sum up orders

Customizable prices
As retailers, you will be able to create your own SMS packages, decide their prices and establish validity periods for your price list.
You will be also able to specify reselling prices for any SMS product (1:N, forward, etc). Purchasing prices for SMS packages and for any product that can be resold, derive from a price list aimed at retailers only.

Management easiness
By using a function of the control panel you will be able to manage your sub-accounts in complete autonomy.
In particular you will be able to:
• Visualize all users that just registered to the service
• Visualize users which have an active SMS credit
• Activate users, giving them access to purchased SMS packages or products
