The delivery notification is the system by which it is possible to know whether the SMS reached the addressee mobile phone or not.

SmsHosting.it includes this service in all the DynamicPack and BigPack SMS packages so that every Customer can assess and device to remove from their sending lists any contact that does not receive sent messages, so saving money by avoiding useless sending costs. In particular, the dispatching of SMS could be in one of these 4 states:

• Sent: the message has been accepted from the GSM provider
• Not sent: the message arrived to the SmsHosting.it gateway but didn’t get through syntactical checks to be forwarded to the GSM provider or it was a delayed message then cancelled by the User from the web control panel
• Delivered: the message has been delivered to the addressee phone
• Not delivered: the message has been accepted by the GSM provider, but didn’t reach the addressee phone
